Do we have catering?

Our venue is unique in that we do allow off site catering, and you can bring in whatever outside catering and bar tending services to totally customize your menu to your liking. Our facility is well poised for food trucks, and other catering and bar tending vendors who are able to bring their own equipment, and serve food on site. We have options for service and spaces for catering set up that are covered but not indoors. We do not have a functioning kitchen on site.

What are your bathrooms like?

We have separate men’s and women’s stalls, with 10 stalls in each bathroom, including handicap access stalls. Our bathrooms are expansive, well tended, and a great feature to our property.

What about Parking?

We have enough parking for about 150 vehicles on site, plus service vehicles and vendors. There is a huge parking lot 1 mile away at Stilson, which is great overflow parking for events that might need more space. Some of our parking may alter depending on the season.

What is your capacity?

Our venue can hold a variety of gatherings — we have a smaller cabin that is great for more intimate gatherings like retreats, speakers, and corporate meetings, and our barn can host up to 1000 people indoors, and is one of Jackson’s only heated venues that can host such large capacity without Food and beverage minimums. Do we still do chuckwagons?

The chuckwagon shut its doors in 2020, but the spirit of the old west and the cowboy culture lives on in the soul of property. However, we do not run chuckwagons on site anymore.

Can I put a tent on the lawn?

Of course! Our lawn is set up to hold large (or small event tents) with a beautiful view, and is a great option for someone looking for an outdoor venue with built in bathrooms!
